Welcome to my Fanblog!

I, as you would expect, cannot properly inject a blog here for the life of me, so instead of individual posts, it'll be like a loooong chain of rambles in boxes. Ones older than the initial opening on 11-19-25 are recycled from other places (with grammar corrections, if necessary).

Grand fanblog opening 11-19-25

I figured out the collapasble boxes and threw my style on top. I can't stop winning! Real content soon.

Geeking over Chuckie 7-8-25

Chuckie is such a good character I don't even joke. He's scarily realistic yet not. He's anxious and a bit paranoid, but if he believes in himself he can become brave and daring. This shows that, if you believe in yourself you can do a lot more than you think you can normally. And, that instead of stepping outside of your comfort zone, you can extend your comfort zone out to more, and all it takes is a little ish and some effort. He's also a good, albeit protective and paranoid, brother to Kimi and treats her as if they're blood related.
He's exceptionally smart, too. This is mostly shown as one off gags or how he acts without television (gives him more room to be outwardly smart instead of being distracted by television), but he's actually intelligent. For examples he knows the atom count in a few, maybe all, elements on the periodic table off the dome, and knows the standards for building off the dome. His mouse maze project was even used as an example for the next year's classes (Tommy's class) and Tommy proclaims some genius must've made it.
Not to mention he knows how to tailor and made an entire two person halloween costume CORRECTLY SIZED for him and Tommy. And keeps track of how long it took him (72 hours I think?)

Yet, obviously, he too has his flaws.

He often gets angry from being a little too anxious and paranoid, which can come from Chuckie just being Chuckie, Chuckie doing something wrong and hiding it (The Finster Who Stole Christmas), or Chuckie being defensive over Kimi (that episode with Z, TP+KF). He also tends to majorly hyperfixate on things and make them the only things he cares about, such as Armadillo Dave (Superhero Worship) and Yu-Gotta-Go! cards (Yu-Gotta-Go!)
And he's on the cusp of being a Rugrat and an older kid. He hangs with the 'rats and is counted as one because they accept him more. Though he also can blend in with the older kids too as hes implied to hang out with Harold a bit, and plays chess with him. He's never really inserted into the trio of Harold, Susie, and Angelica.
The crashout over Izzy is justified, though.

Not to mention he literally HAS A JOB. He works at the Java Lava part time with Kimi, and does teamwork (the Finster-Finster Shake) with her. This is significant as Chuckie also does this perfectly? He's really good at it? And just does it casually?

It also explains why he doesn't do any after school activities other than the reasoning that he's a weak loser.
He also has some skill of archiving things and navigating archives as he makes a DVD of Finster christmases over the years for his dad in The Finster Who Stole Christmas. This also implies Chuckie has at least some skill in ripping and scanning non-dvd/cd (and normal dvd/cd) media (and making it) as when he shows the room piled full of Finster memories most photos are in film and in boxes while most videos are tapes. Chuckie could be a pirate, and we'll never know as Nick canceled the show.

He also knows how to play harmonica exceptionally well. And apparently only uses this talent to fuck with Tommy.

He can also ride a horse fine. ...A probably visually impaired one at that.

Things he's bad at? Plant raising and room decor.

And! And! He holds high significance to Reptar as he was his favorite toy and character as a toddler and going to Reptarland got him a mom and a sister. Even though everyone else has moved on All Grown Up! takes callbacks to the original series by giving Reptar extra significance to Chuckie, as Reptar is a thing that actually massively improved Chuckie's life.

Oh and he keeps his best friend status with Tommy. A whole lot. Like he'd probably tell Tommy his banking information type of best friend and trust.

Like he tells TOMMY of all people about him commiting robbery before he tells, you know, his dad??? Anyone else? When guilt hits him it directs him to Tommy as his vent buddy? That's his bestest friend EVER dude.

Tommy's Dummi Bear party clip 5-25-25

Obsessed with this clip. Like yeah sure. Why is he so pissed about the Dummi Bears.
But also why is nobody there.
Me when I have a Dummi Bears party and am so embarrassed I invite nobody.

Average Rugrats Go Wild gushing 5-25-25

Watching Rugrats Go Wild for like the fifth time and this animation kinda fucks the hardest out of the three movies (minus phil lil and kimi sometimes). Except that one animation error with Siri where they just dont shade her for like a nanosecond. I'll never forgive them for that.

Anyways, shoutout to Chuckie's outfit in the Nigel Strawberry opening scene when he still has his hat. He's so cute, man.

Anyways, necesarry AGU mention. Thinking about River Rats where Tommy is scared of water from almost drowning as a child. I wonder why the entire Go Wild ship scene wasnt used for this (or the submarine almost out of oxygen, but that's different). I KNOW he smiled in the window while they sunk like "oooooh fishies" but it HAD to register in basically all their minds "hey this kinda sucks ass" while on that raft. Sighs.
Also, can we cut that Dil licking Phil's feet thing forever. That shit's making me uncomfortable, man.
ALSO. The writing and plot is indeed ass (it gets a pass because it’s literally a TV special extended to be a movie because good reviews or whatever) but I will never forget hit line said by Nigel Thornberry “I’m a froggy, and I’m frogging” (the line delivery makes it better) the writers were truly cooking with this like 2 second clip.

Chas & Chuckie in Rugrats in Paris 3-9-25

I wonder how their glasses work. Like I know without them they just have pupils but like. The glasses are the whites of their eyes. But when they’re off they’re basically clear lensed. Somebody pinch me so I stop thinking about Rugrats too hard.
Also, who gave Chuckie full ass teeth. He only has two.

Coco LaBouche's wedding vows 3-27-25

Anyway, just realized Coco dodged “I will love you and honour you all the days of my life.” in her wedding vows...
